(the “Company”) is a Public Bahraini Shareholding Company incorporated and registered in the Kingdom of Bahrain under Commercial Registration number 59045-01 on 20 December 2005 pursuant to the Company’s Memorandum and Articles of Association notarized on 22 September 2005, amended on 23 March 2017.
